I asked for a refund when the app was not hidden. He begged and assured me it would be up and running asap. They put my account on hold since I was not using it. When i checked back in they had still not resolved it so I said i wanted my refund. They refused. Which is in their policy BUT I TRIED GETTING A REFUND NEARLY 20MIN AFTER PURCHASING. Then they had only put my account on hold for so many months so the time started running. I said hell no. They are going to put it back at 365 days because I have not even used it for 3 min much less 300+ days. They have been VERY rude. I just want something that will work and my moneyback. Ive always used highster beforehand the one time $69 for a lifetime plus the one tims $29 upgrades for life. The customer services was great and they nearly immediately reset my code/ resolved any issues so quick.. so honestly ILOVE that company BUT they had the same problem which is why I tried xnspy. At the time not all companies were even supporting Android 10 phones so the hidden app thing was not listed. When i asked specifically I was told 'yes it's compatible with the 10'. Later i realized that was their was of getting around the question and scamming people. So here I am looking in to you guys. Hopefully it is affordable and nothing like xnspy. The value is 149 but they often run it for 89. Its the best possible package.
