To our guest, we welcome you to The First Post. We are confident that you will enjoy our traditional style food with an innovative flair presented in the newly renovated building which dates back to the mid 1850’s.
The structure was originally a single-family home, and then turned into a Bed and Breakfast before becoming a restaurant in the 1980’s. The First Post’s hope is that it will be a meeting place for friends to share memories and good times in the historical city of York.
